Barium or strontium ferrite magnet materials are the most commonly used.
The very advantageous cost / performance ratio allows a very wide field of application.
Hard ferrites are produced as isotropic or anisotropic material in the pressing process.
Quality / Grade: Available for all application areas. Typical magnetic properties on request.
Magnetization Standard: Standard magnetized by the height "H", other possible magnetizations.
Properties
- mechanical: brittle, sensitive to impact.
- chemical: resistant to - alkalis, weak acids, solvents. Corrosion resistant to a high degree.
Application: adhesive systems, separation systems, engines, measurement technology, advertising items, etc.
Working temperature: From - 40 ° C to + 250 ° C. The adhesive force decreases reversibly with increasing temperature according to material-typical temperature coefficient and a function of the magnetic dimension.
If the max. operating temperature exceeded, the magnetic force decreases irreversibly.

Excerpt of standard dimensions, design sharp, without surface protection. | ![]() | HARD FERRITE magnets – BAFe / SrFe |
