Magnetic system of neodymium-iron-boron magnet NdFeB (rare earths)

The high-energy magnetic system of neodymium-iron-boron magnet NdFeB (rare earths) and the pole pitch  (St 1.5 / NE 0.8 mm) offer a variety of applications, in particular the clamping of very thin and small workpieces. The extremely low installation height   (40 mm) expands application possibilities.
The massive construction of the base body and the stable top plate and the high-energy magnet system ensure an extremely long and maintenance-free life.
All chucks have a removable lever. The magnetic field  built up after use is very low, and the residual magnetism  in the workpiece and the tool is of no significance.
The clamping systems can also be used on EDM systems.

The top plate can be modified to a depth of 5 mm without compromising  the adhesive strength . Fixing the magnetic clamping plates on the machining table with the help of  fixing clamps. The magnetic clamping plates are supplied as standard with 2 stop bars.
