Die Spannauflagen bestehen aus einem Dauermagnetsystem in Neodym (Seltenen Erden)-Ausführung. Das verstärkte System bietet wesentliche Vorteile gegenüber keramisch-magnetischen Spannsystemen. Alle Spannblöcke haben eine sehr enge Polteilung und eignen sich somit auch speziell zum Spannen von sehr dünnen, schwer spannbaren und Hartmetall-Werkstücken. Die Spannblöcke verfügen über zwei bzw. drei Spannflächen. Die nicht-magnetischen Flächen dienen z. These magnetic chucks are constructed like the fine pole platens.To ensure a clean work area of the electrode, they are also equipped with a cleaning system.
